The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We were kinda surprised by the convenient parking options available. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore the lively restaurants and attractions in the center of Napoli. Being situated in the old town added to the charm of our stay, with its pedestrian-only area creating a peaceful atmosphere. The delicious breakfast served every morning was a good start to our day.

This hotel provides a luxurious and exclusive stay in the heart of Naples. the guest rooms are spacious with high-quality amenities and beautiful decor. the staff is truly exceptional, offering warm and attentive service.
It can be challenging to find this hotel, but once there, the location is perfect for exploring the historic center of Naples. the only minor issue is the lack of a coffee machine in the room, but there are plenty of nearby cafes to make up for it.

We had a wonderful stay at Pala Suites. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the large bathroom was a plus. We especially enjoyed the private balcony, where we could have breakfast and relax while overlooking the lively streets below. The location was also convenient, with other attractions easily accessible. we highly recommend this hotel.
The stairs in the apartment were a bit dangerous for our small children.
